How to Use:

Usage: Shake well. Contents need to mix thoroughly.  Apply directly to the affected area and massage in. Do not rinse! Apply daily until significant hair growth occurs, fungus disappears or the problem is eliminated. For best results, use ShowBarn Secret Skin & Hair Enhancer weekly. 

Conditioner for Mane and Tail, Detangling and Mane and Tail Growth: Use as a leave-in conditioner twice a week. Massage in mane/tail including base of mane and entire tail bone. Does not need to be washed out between applications. For best results, braid tail and use tail bag. 

For skin issues: Apply ShowBarn Secret Skin & Hair Enhancer directly to the affected area and massage in. Do not wash out. Reapply daily until all visible signs of problem are eliminated. To ensure effectiveness, decrease applications to 3 times a week, then 2 times a week, then once a week for the next month.  Though not necessary we recommend removing all other products thoroughly to ensure maximum absorption.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return authorization. This may be acquired by emailing cmperfhorses@gmail.com. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

• Any item not in its orginal condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence
•  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account again. The contact the company of which payment was provided from, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at cmperfhorses@gmail.com and send your item to 4468 M Ave., Cherokee, Iowa 51012.
